One nice little job in this week in Schaumburg, IL was to unload and set a 35,000# Mazak Integrex 200-IV CNC machine. The job originated with a rigging company in NJ who contacted American Industrial Werks to do the unloading. Due to tight conditions in the dock the machine had to be dollied off the truck rather than unloaded from the side of the truck. We used a 40/60 forklift (one very sweet machine) which picked the machine with ease. To protect the nice new floor from damage we used 40 ton dollies with polyurethane wheels.
